Privacy Policy

CuracaoBookies serves editorial guides without visitor accounts or submission forms. This page explains site search, browsing requests, cookies and external services.

Website Data and External Services

Do not treat CuracaoBookies as the privacy contact for a casino, bookmaker or regulator: those organisations operate their own services.

Browsing and site search

The current site has no registration, newsletter, payment or contact-submission form. Its editorial pages do not ask you to provide an account identifier, identity document or payment information. The licence guide links to public regulator sources rather than collecting details for an automated licence check.

Site search downloads an index of our three main guides and matches your query inside your browser. The site code does not send the words you type to a search company, add them to the page URL or store a search history. The index download itself is a request to the hosting service, like a page or image request.

Hosting and request records

Loading a page sends a request to the hosting service. Server records can include an IP address, request time, requested resource and response status. A site without analytics is not necessarily a site without personal data processing.

Cookies, analytics and embedded services

The public guides do not load an analytics or advertising script or store a site-search history. Fonts and icons are served with the site. WordPress administrator sign-in uses cookies for authentication and session settings; these are separate from visitor advertising or analytics. There is no public account-registration or comment-submission service.

If tracking, forms or embedded services are introduced, this notice and any required visitor choices must be reviewed before those features are enabled. Hosting and security services may also process requests independently of the page code.

Following external links

When you open a regulator, support service or other external website, that provider receives your request and applies its own privacy practices. Review its notice before providing information. CuracaoBookies does not need your casino password or identity documents to explain a public licence check.

Privacy requests and complaints

Depending on the applicable law and processing, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal data, object to processing, or receive certain data in a portable format. Rights are not identical in every situation. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal must be available.

UK visitors can consult the Information Commissioner's Office about data-protection concerns.

Questions About Your Data

Are my searches sent to a search company?

No. Site search downloads a local page index and matches your words inside your browser. It does not send the typed query to a search provider or store a search history. The hosting service still receives the request for the index file, just as it does for other site files.

Does this site use tracking cookies?

The public guides do not include advertising or analytics trackers. WordPress uses cookies when administrators sign in, which is separate from reading the guides or searching their content. Fonts and icons are served with the site. Hosting and security processing must also be considered when assessing the site's privacy arrangements.

Does visiting a page leave any server records?

It can. Delivering a page requires a request to the hosting service, and server records can contain an IP address, time, requested file and response status. Removing analytics does not remove that possibility.

Can I ask you to delete my casino account data?

CuracaoBookies does not control data held in an operator's gambling account. Use that operator's privacy contact for requests about its records.
